The Starseeds – “Beyond time”
KINDLE - READ 4 chapters and get hooked like my two editors,
This is what I received during the editing… I only send 10 chapters at a time, and ask them report … 39 total, anything slow, not fun anymore, or not able to understand, need more description, the subject was new to them… and most of all BE HONEST, so I can maybe even rewrite or add.
The first editor, was my major, and the next, #2, was more of a editor/reader for typos, and she was having a hard time, she couldn’t help but want to rush ahead, as she LOVED THE STORY….
“Honestly, I was so engrossed by that…” (gave #2, one sample to see if she liked the story idea first, writing etc)..
“I was just reading it was already a printed novel. I like it a lot! And I don’t know how to edit it further… -
Next 10 chapters #1 : “I just love reading it.
“By the way, the story is totally engrossing and unfolds in an unpredictable way – loving it !” (first Editor #1)
Editor #2 : Hi Tricia, “The story is really fascinating! I can’t help but flip from one page to another.. I was as if part of the story.. It’s a modernized yet young content… It’s really a descriptive one that I can imagine how the high-tech equipment looked like. Can’t wait to read more of it. Thanks! ”
“Must say that the novel is thoroughly engaging and the twists and turns keep the reader engaged. As I proceed reading the novel, it fills me up with lots of positive energy – (#1)
“So far, the story is good and gripping… can’t wait to finish reading ” (#1)
“UPDATE: EDITOR #2 said:
I am done editing until Chapter 35.
Aside from this being a fiction novel, I, personally have learned a lot from this novel when it comes to realization, forgiveness, internal happiness and the like. A lot of lessons in life (young or old readers) learned from this novel.
I will wait for the next chapters.
The reason I get reports every 5 or 10 chapters is for feedback, instead of just the one at the end — looking for slowness, or too much info.. sharing soon.!”
#2 SAID THIS: “Reading the story made me imagine how it would be if I were Officer McKenzie or if I was Herb. I would have been frantic as well.. I can’t help myself but be engrossed with the story… It’s such a gift of writing that you have there. –
